JobSnap Solutions LLC is a marketing and AI automation agency that provides home service businesses with AI-powered lead generation, automated follow-up systems, CRM pipeline management, reputation management, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required to deliver services
• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials in a timely manner
• Ensure that all content, data, or materials you provide do not infringe any third-party rights
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any systems or tools we build for you without written consent

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are defined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless a payment schedule is established
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice

5. AI Automation Services

Our AI caller, automated follow-up, and related automation services operate using third-party platforms and APIs. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• AI systems may occasionally produce imperfect results and require human oversight
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-driven communications complies with applicable telemarketing, TCPA, and consumer protection laws
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate data or instructions you provide
• Recorded calls and communications may be stored for quality assurance purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all strategies, systems, templates, and proprietary methodologies developed by JobSnap Solutions LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as intended. You retain ownership of your business data, brand assets, and content provided to us.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing, and technical systems. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantee of specific results, revenue increases, or lead volumes. Marketing and AI automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your business operations, and the quality of data provided. Any case studies or examples shared are illustrative and not a promise of similar outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSnap Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobSnap Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct harmful to our business or reputation. Upon termination, your access to any systems or tools we manage on your behalf will cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed service agreements or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobSnap Solutions LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
